2008 [unbuilt]

Icosis were appointed to design a contemporary farm house near a group of existing farm buildings. The accommodation is split over two levels with the entrance on the upper level. This long, low element would be white rendered, while the ground floor elements would be clad in stone sourced from down takings on the site.

The roof of the building would be a zinc clad element that wraps down over the north east wall, and up over the south west living area for form a covering for the outdoor terrace overlooking the landscape.
