Self-build off-grid accommodation in woodland near Dollar. Built on a steep slope, with side walls folded along the diagonal and clad in dark stained timber battens. An elevated sleeping platform is located above a shower room and kitchennette, with the full height living/dining room and balcony overlooking the town of Dollar and the Ochil Hills beyond. Water is provided from the local burn and the building is powered via solar PV and a micro wind turbine, sufficient for the LED lighting and usb charging points.
